This Specification establishes the minimum requirements for this solicitation, listed and described in the body of these specifications, to be used as noted, by the School Board. The successful Bidder(s) shall be awarded a contract for an initial three (3) year term with one (1) subsequent one (1) year renewal period. The award term recommendation will be that which is determined to be in the best interest of the School Board.
