Reference Number 0000353507 The 2024 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Program consists of Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining approximately 18,375 Lft of existing sanitary sewer in one neighborhood (Section 24) of the City. This project has the potential to be extended to multiple years. The area and quantities for Year 2024 are included in the base bid for this contract. There is no guarantee that additional work after Year 2024 work will be awarded. Future Years will be issued by change order solely at the discretion of the City and Water Resources Commissioner. Should additional work be issued, it is assumed it will be similar in scope for the estimated quantities included in the Proposal. Unit prices with future year escalation rates as bid will be adhered to.
