Work includes providing power and water to the farm box location, installing data conduits to the site, new storm drain line, installation of concrete slab foundation, sidewalk, ramp with landing, grading around farm box, and other misc. items. Alternate for providing hydroponic farm box instead of owner provided. This project is to include but not limited to: all permits, labor, material, equipment, tools, rentals, lifts, ladders, site protection, job cleanup, trash and hazardous material removal and disposal.
