Liquidated Damages Sub Completion All Work Necessary for the Completion of Phase 1 Mowing Shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before July 19, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Completion All Work Necessary for the Completion of Phase 2 Mowing Shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before October 18, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed.
