The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for completion of the project. Approximately 15,235 square yards of removal of surfacing, base reconditioning and stabilization, 190 tons of mineral filler, 2,575 tons of hot plant mix, and miscellaneous items. Certified resident suppliers shall submit a list of supplies and materials, specific to the project, which qualify to receive preference along with company contact names and phone numbers. Contact information from resident suppliers shall be available to resident contractors to use in preparing bids and meeting Wyoming statutory requirements. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids if the Governing Body determines that it is in the best interest of the City to do so and reserves the right to waive any formalities as provided by law.
