Architectural & Engineering Services. Project Scope of Work The Elgin Independent School District is seeking qualifications for architectural and engineering services for the 2024 Bond Projects and other non-bond funded projects. Services shall include renovations, maintenance, repair, alterations, and/or minor construction in the following categories: 1. Construction 2. Renovation 3. Site Work 4. Athletics 5. Concrete & Paving 6. Flooring 7. MEP/Maintenance 8. Upgrades 9. Safety, Security, Technology & Compliance 10. Future Planning The construction delivery method for these projects will be determined at a future date. The construction materials testing services necessary for District's acceptance of the Project will be performed under a separate contract with an independent provider engaged directly by the District. Question Deadline 06/03/2024 at 10:00 AM CT. Questions regarding this request will be accepted in writing The District will respond to all relevant questions in one correspondence by the end of business on Thursday, June 6, 2024, by posting a public notice within Bonfire. Introduction The Elgin Independent School District is issuing this invitation to submit qualifications for architectural and engineering services for the 2024 Bond Projects and may also include non-bond funded projects. The District Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Offers, accept or reject all or any part of a proposal, waive any minor formalities and/or technicalities in the solicitation process, and award the contract in a manner that best serves the interests of the District. The District Board also reserves the right to No-Award or re-bid a solicitation for any reason. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
