The Keystone Educational Collaborative is inviting proposals/bids for construction related to the renovations & addition to its facility at 143 Joslin St. Leominster, MA 01453. Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Glass & Glazing, Painting, Resilient Flooring, Acoustical Ceilings The Project consists of but not limited to: Interior renovations and addition of an enclosed accessible ramp to a newly converted primary to secondary school building. The building shall be constructed so as to meet all requirements of the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the plans and specifications for the Renovations to Existing Function Facility for School Use for the Keystone Educational Collaborative, located at 143 Joslin Street, Leominster, MA 01453. Will include but not limited to excavation and installation of concrete footings and frost walls, wood stud framing, composite steel deck and concrete slab, vinyl siding, asphalt roofing, painted GWB wall finishes and as indicated on the bidding documents The Work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications. All bids shall remain in effect for sixty (60) calendar days, Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays excluded, following the opening of General Bids. Successful bidders shall agree to commence Work and complete the Work in accordance with the dates set forth in the Bidding Documents; Work is expected to be complete within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days of contract commencement.
