Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

As of September 13, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The work under this contract consists generally of asphalt and concrete pavement, perimeter air operations area fencing with a perimeter intrusion detection system, jet blast fencing, glycol separation diversion and recovery systems, water quality treatment structures, drainage collection systems, glycol recovery tanks, electrical distribution equipment, building foundations, prefabricated office building, taxiway sign structures, utilities installation and removal, inground lighting, high-mast lighting, CCTV, removal of paint containing lead, asbestos containing materials, aboveground and underground storage tanks and related work at areas adjacent to South Service Road, southeast of General Aviation Layne and vicinities thereof at John F. Kennedy International Airport, Queens, New York. This project may be federally funded in whole or in part. Accordingly, all bidders and the successful Contractor will be required to comply with any and all required applicable federal provisions and requirements contained in this solicitation and resulting contract. The Authority has prequalified prospective bidders for the contract listed below. To be eligible to bid on this solicitation, bidders must be prequalified with the Authority under the B List for Request for Qualification Statements ("RFQS") 59109 entitled "Master Agreements for General Construction Services on a Work Order Basis - John F. Kennedy (JFK) Redevelopment Program" by the day before the date of opening of Bids.
