This Contract is for the provision of all labour, materials and equipment necessary for the reconstruction, regrading and drainage improvements required for roadways and parking lots at Kelso Summit, Hilton Falls and Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area. Approximate project area for Kelso Summit is 700 Sq m, for Hilton Falls is 6600 Sqm and for Rattlesnake Point is 5100 Sq m. The scope of work includes removal and resurfacing of asphalt, installation of Granular subsurface layers, grading of parking lots, drainage improvements with ditch grading, and installation of drainage trench.
