The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed bids from a qualified Licensed Certified Building or General Contractor to add an addition and renovate an existing building located at 355 South Court Street, Bronson, FL 32621, owned by the Levy County Board of County Commissioners, as described in the Invitation to Bid documents. All questions must be submitted in writing to Ali Tretheway at Trethewayali@levycounty.org. Any bidder wishing to submit a bid must attend this pre-bid conference. If a bidder that did not attend the pre-bid conference submits a bid, that bid will be rejected as non-compliant with the bid specifications.
