Demolition, site work and addition to a warehouse / distribution facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a warehouse / distribution facility; for the demolition of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
Warehouse and Young Adult Program Building Expansion Bid security in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the highest total dollar amount of the bid shall be submitted with the bid. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for a period of at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. A Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond is required. The Contractor shall be able to furnish same on Work to be performed. Friday, August 9, 2024 for the Young Adult Program Existing Building Interior Renovation work scope. Monday, December 31, 2024 for the Young Adult Program Addition work scope. Friday April 25, 2025 for the Warehouse Addition and Renovation work scope. Note: Weather delay time of thirty (30) days shall be built into the contractor's schedule. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
