Question Deadline 05/23/2024 at 4:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes Scope of Services The City of Burbank is Inviting Electronic Bids for Price Agreement No. 2303 to Provide Recycling of Inert Materials for the City of Burbank, in Accordance With All Terms as Stated in the General Conditions and Bidder's Proposal Sheets for Rfq No. 2024-011. SCOPE To provide recycling of inert materials (asphalt and concrete) for the City of Burbank, Public Works and Burbank Water and Power per the work specifications contained herein. Project Duration 1 YEAR WITH OPTIONS TO RENEW Estimated Bid Value 100000 Changes and/or Exceptions to the City of Burbank General Terms and Conditions Will Disqualify Your Bid and Your Organization/company Will Be Considered Non-responsive. Bids Must Be Submitted Electronically to Be Accepted. Any Bidder Who Has Submitted a Bid for Supplies, Materials, Equipment and Services May Obtain Notice of the Proposed Award by Providing Written Request to the Purchasing Manager. A Notice of the Proposed Award Shall Be Sent to the Requestor and Be Posted at Least Twenty-four (24) Hours Prior to Awarding the Contract or Purchase Order.
