The City of Dublin may choose to not award the bid--and bidders shall hold bids open--until sixty days after the bid opening. The work for which bids are invited consists of: The project will replace existing 2-inch and 3-inch water lines with approximately 1,600 linear feet of new 6-inch water line, including fire hydrants and other associated appurtenances, in six separate locations. This work will also include the reconnection of existing residential water services and associated milling and paving. The cost estimate for the Project is $1,150,000.00 As a bidder, you must register, set up to bid, and review each solicitation you intend to bid electronically on before bidding. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed by May 16, 2025. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project. Payment of Prevailing Wages is required for this Project.
