Saving Project...

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The Jacksonville Housing Authority (JHA) is seeking the services of a qualified licensed contractor to renovate bathrooms in multiple units at Blodgett Villas. The renovation will require the removal and replacement of all fixtures, tub surround, flooring, and subflooring with structural repairs as necessary. Structural repairs shall not commence without prior approval from JHA's Construction Manager and/or designee from the Modernization and Development Department. Blodgett Villas Office is located at 1301 Davis Street Jacksonville, Florida 32209. The Contractor shall have up to five (5) calendar days per bathroom to complete the project after the notice to proceed. The Contractor must always maintain their construction schedule; if the Contractor fails to maintain this construction schedule, he/she will be charged with liquidated damages of $150 per day The JHA reserves the right to require the successful bidder/contractor to utilize any form required by HUD to complete the required work, and by submitting his/her quote, each Contractor agrees to do so at no additional charge.
