The general scope of work for the Phase 1b renovation project will include but not be limited to the construction of a new driving range including safety netting, the excavation of a new irrigation lake, the installation of a new irrigation pump station wet well and intake, construction of new nursery green, and cart path and walking path construction. This will include but not be limited to erosion control, clearing and grubbing, earthwork and rough shaping, drainage installation, irrigation installation, greens construction, tee construction, cart path installation, finishing and grass installation. The work will involve tree clearing, earthwork, rough shaping, drainage installation, irrigation installation, cart path construction and paving, fine grading, grassing, netting installation, and electrical installation for the new pump station and Musco lighting system. c. The City of Mont Belvieu will contract directly with Musco lights for the procurement and installation of the light poles and bases. Electrical to be completed by Contractor. d. The City of Mont Belvieu will contract directly with MCI Flowtronex for the procurement and installation of the irrigation pump station. The new pump station building will also be provided by the City. e. Due to the lead time for the pump station and building construction, electrical components at future pump station building may require a temporary rack until the building is completed and the components can be moved onto the building wall. he last date for questions is Sunday June 2 nd .
