Pump Station 186 & Forcemain, Upgrade PS 182 & 188 Est. Completion Date: July 26, 2025 Est. Value: $ 8,847,000.00 The scope of work generally consists of the following: Pump Station 186 General Work: Construct a new storm station including 28'x36' lower structure, 28'x24' precast building, generator building slab, 16'x24' precast generator building, Furnish and Install new pumps, sump pump, check valves, coating, piping, painting, hatches, ladders, bar screen, trees, grass restoration, and miscellaneous work. Mechanical Work: Furnish and Install new intake and exhaust dampers and louvers, recirculation damper, power ventilator and other miscellaneous work. Electrical Work: Furnish and Install new electrical service, CT cabinet, generator, disconnects, transfer switch, distribution panel, lighting panel, supervisory control system, drives, heaters, lights, transducer, floats, conduits, and miscellaneous work. Pump Station 182 General Work: Furnish and install 2 new pumps, piping, coating, reroute sump pump line. Install 2 city furnished 48" Knife valves, pipe, tapping saddle, and miscellaneous work. Electrical Work: Furnish and install new electrical service, CT cabinet, distribution panel, supervisory control system, drives, lights, transducer, floats, conduits, and miscellaneous work. Pump Station 188 Electrical Work: Furnish and install new supervisory control system, drives, lights, transducer, floats, conduits, connection of valve in storm manhole, and miscellaneous work. Underground Underground Work: Furnish and install 1500' of 36" forcemain, 1600' of 48" forcemain, storm sewer relocation, storm sewer valve in manhole, storm sewer inlet piping for Pump Station 186, storm water inlet and piping for Haake Park, forcemain connections, watermain relocations, sanitary forcemain relocation, sidewalk, driveway, curb and gutter, detectable warning panels, 7" and 9" pavement, traffic control, trees, grass restoration, install city furnished 36" plug valve, and miscellaneous work. Electrical Work: Relocate 3 streets lights and 1 flashing beacon light. Bids will be lump sum price in accordance with the following schedules: Schedule A - Consists of a single prime contract for General Work, Mechanical Work, and Electrical Work combined.
