Renovation of a library in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,440-square-foot library.
The second and final phase of this project includes approximately 13,440 sqft of interior renovations required for ADA and Fire/Smoke System upgrades. The existing elevator and portions of the shaft will be removed to expand the footprint and install larger elevators. Additional renovations for ADA compliance and upgrades to the Fire/Smoke system will take place. Renovations to existing restrooms on floors 5 - 10 are also included in the phase 2 scope.
