The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a need for Boiler / DA Tank Use Life Evaluation at the Hampton VA Medical Center. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: The contract facility will be located on the campus of the Hampton VA Medical Center, Hampton Virginia. Period of Performance: The Period of Performance will be for a base year in strict accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a SDVOSB set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 541350 (Building Inspection Services) with a size standard of $11.5 Million. This requirement will be solicited as a SDVOSB set aside and only SBA registered vendors should submit offers. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation.
