Gamble House Pond Maintenance The City of Pasadena Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services seeks a vendor to provide maintenance services for the pond at The Gamble House, located at 4 Westmoreland Pl., Pasadena CA 91103. In addition, work may include replanting aquatic plants AS NEEDED. Pricing for replanting must consist of labor and plant costs. All replanting work must be approved by City of Pasadena staff prior to work. The pond may need to be drained & cleaned because there is sediment settled at the bottom of the pond and in the existing plumbing. This is on an as needed basis, and upon approval from City Staff. Bidders acknowledge that they shall provide the goods and/or services without monetary limitations on liability. If Bidders take exception to this requirement, Bidders shall expressly state any exceptions, including the proposed limits of liability, (a) in detail; (b) as a separate line item; and (c) not part of any form documents submitted. Bidders acknowledge that any exceptions may result in a finding of non-responsivness. Proof of insurance is not required to be submitted with your bid/proposal, but will be required prior to the City's award of the contract. Refer to the Insurance requirements in the "Insurance Requirements" section of this document. The Contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to start July 1, 2024. The Contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to end June 30, 2025. Question Submission Deadline: May 29, 2024, 3:00pm
