Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Webb City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.

The proposed work includes: the addition of approximately 3,915 lineal feet of 5 foot wide concrete sidewalk, including paved approaches, that will extend from East Rd. & E. MaCarthur Dr. and from E. Daugherty St./Broadway St. to East Rd. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2023 Edition, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount of five percent (5%) of his/her base bid which is subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The DBE Goal for this project is 5%. No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. MODOT - Webb City Phase 3 - Centennial Retail and Transportation District Sidewalk Improvement Project The Contractor will receive full pay of the contract unit cost for all sidewalk, ramp, curb ramp, median, island, approach work, cross walk striping, APS buttons, pedestrian heads, detectible warning systems and temporary traffic control measures that are completed during the current estimate period as approved by the Engineer. Based upon completion of the ADA Checklist, the Contractor shall complete any necessary adjustments to items deemed non-compliant as directed by the Engineer.
