Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Belview, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: A. Construction of Water Treatment Plant Building. B. Installation of filter, chemical feed equipment, piping, pumps, and associated equipment. C. New masonry building with electrical and HVAC. D. New generator and electric control equipment. E. Installation of backwash tank. F. Installation of emergency generator. G. Construction of two new municipal supply wells with pitless units, valves, and hydrants. H. Demolition of existing water treatment facility and sealing of old well(s). Demolish existing structures and seal wells after new system is operational. Replace the existing tee to the existing water treatment plant with a gate valve. Abandon piping to the old water plant.
