Replace theater stage lighting and controls Each individual bid shall be accompanied by a surety company issued Bid Bond or by a Certified or Cashier's Check made payable to the Washoe County School District, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, said amount to be forfeited to WCSD, should the Contractor to whom the Contract is awarded fail to enter into the Contract in accordance with the Contractor's bid and any other contract documents and furnish the required bonds within ten (10) days after the delivery of notice of such award.
