Constructing a new 30-inch line from existing MH #200 to the new UV Building, which will replace the abandoned Line 209. 4. Constructing a new 30-inch line from the new UV Building to the existing MH #203, which will connect the new UV Building to the existing 12-inch Parshall flume for measuring the plant's effluent flow. 5. Relocate the NPW feed/booster station from the existing UV Building chamber to the new UV Building
