Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lackawanna, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project consists of installation of window films to exterior windows. High School-middle School 500 Martin Road Lackawanna, Ny 14218 Martin Road Elementary School 135 Martin Road Lackawanna, Ny 14218 Truman Elementary School 15 Inner Drive Lackawanna, Ny 14218 Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. All potential bidders must be able to self perform a minimum of 20% of the work associated with the contract that they submit bids for. Proof of self performance shall be provided following the bid as required in the instructions to Bidders.
