Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Aiken, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Aiken strongly encourages the participation of women and minority owned companies to participate in the bidding process. This advertisement for bid consists of park improvements (rehabilitation) throughout the Smith-Hazel Park site. Rehabilitation of Smith- Hazel Park will include: site work (grading, improved sidewalk and walking path), storm water management including the installation of a new detention pond and collection system specific to the improved area, replacement of existing playground equipment with accessible equipment(provided by others) with artificial turf surfacing, reconstruction of two tennis courts, basketball court relocation, and installation of shade structure (provided by others) and landscaping throughout.
