The renovation and rehabilitation of the existing Herman Massey Park including new paving, surfaces, decking, site furnishings, site amenities, fencing, electrical service, lighting, landscaping, irrigation design, and testing of all systems. The scope of work shall include the construction of a new foundation and base as well as the providing of electrical service and lighting for Public Artwork to be provided by an Artist under separate contract to the City of Tampa for its design, fabrication, final electrical connection(s), and installation. The scope of work shall include all coordination with the Artist, Fabricator, and stakeholders of the City of Tampa including but not limited to Parks & Recreation, Art and Cultural Affairs, and Contract Administration. Furthermore, the scope of work shall also include three (3) Proposed Bid Alternates and the providing of all related services for their proper execution as outlined if any and all are selected and approved by the City of Tampa with all associated work required for a complete project in accordance with the Contract Documents.
