DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The project is at our FCGC. It includes removing existing divider partitions and replacing them with new. PROJECT SCHEDULE Work can commence immediately once timeline is approved by Facilities Maintenance Department Head. SPECIFICATION o 4 rooms divider partitions o Approximately 27' 6" x 8' 5" Center wall o Approximately 27' 2" x 8' 5" South East wall o Approximately 27' 10" x 8' 5" North East wall (w/door) o Approximately 21' 6" x 8' 5" West wall o Existing partitions are to come down and be replaced o Existing tracks are to be reused if possible o New glide system to ride in the existing tracks o Wood finish to match existing wood tone o Alternate solid color option please o Does not need to be sound proof o To include bottom sweeps, no gaps between wall and floor. o Double panel connections or greater to fold for storage. o Include all equipment and rentals. o Contractor to be responsible for all demolition and disposal costs. o Contractor must provide all necessary means of safety precautions, including barriers, signage, etc., and must communicate with the Township project manager a minimum of 48 hours prior to construction. o All schedules must be approved by the Township Project Manager. o Any deviation from these specifications must be approved in writing by Canton Township.
