Reference Number 0000270769 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/06/06 03:00:00 PM EDT Bid Intent Deadline 2024/06/07 03:00:00 PM EDT The Township of Rideau Lakes, hereinafter referred to as the Township, is seeking proposals to provide concept designs for a Township owned property, known as the Gallagher property, located at Water Street, between St. Marys and Main Streets, Portland ON. A site plan sketch of the property is included as an attachment to this RFP. The successful bidder will develop a proposal to provide deliverables identified in Section 2.0. The bidder must have the necessary qualifications to engage with municipal staff and the community. The Township is looking for a qualified designer to provide the necessary professional services to provide concept designs for the future use of the former Gallagher Property on Water Street between St. Marys and Main Street. Consultation with Township staff and the Public will be required to determine suggested uses of the property. Currently the property houses a former Coach House located directly across from the Municipal owned Portland Harbour. The property also has a play structure recently relocated from another site. The scope of work proposal submitted, and the related lump-sum costing must satisfy all necessary stages and processes to achieve this goal. It is imperative that the bidder consider the comprehensive scope of services required and contemplate this in the proposal and price. The proposal does not need to include cost for surveying or geotechnical analyses as these will be completed at later date if deemed necessary.
