New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) is requesting qualifications from Design-Build Teams ("DBT") that are interested in providing integrated design-build services for a new residence hall on the NJIT campus. Telephone calls will not be accepted. "Pursuant to NJSA 52:32-44, vendors providing goods or services must be registered with the NJ Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue." "Contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27". No Contractor may withdraw his/her submission, within (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof. Questions concerning this statement and specifications should be directed to the Office of Procurement Services at bidsrfps@njit.edu. NJIT reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications or waive informality or to accept a qualification that in its judgment will be in the best interest of NJIT.
