Contractor Experience and References Contractor must provide customer references letter in order to receive points in the evaluation criteria section. Contractor must provide proof of pertinent experience (previous educational experience) along with documentation of successful completion of projects completed within the last 3 to 5 years with a minimum construction cost for site and MEPT upgrades at approximately $10,000,000.
