The Scope of Work includes the removal and replacement of Bridge No. 35400111 on Little Boone Creek Road over Little Boone Creek and provides for excavations, bridge construction, embankments, pavement, pavement striping, traffic control, fencing and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. A certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. the Owner Intends to Award the Contract to the Lowest, Responsive, Responsible Bidder. the Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, and to Waive Any Irregularities in the Best Interest of the Owner With Modots Consent.
