Location of existing utilities in advance of construction. 2. Installation of 520 linear feet 14-inch DR 11 HDPE by trenchless technology (HDD), 71 linear feet of 12" DR-18 PVC by open cut, and 45 linear feet of 8" DR- 18 PVC by open cut including restrained joints, fittings, and appurtenances. 3. Installation of two (2) 2-inch combination air/vacuum release valves. 4. Installation of isolation resilient wedge gate valves. 5. Salvaging and reinstallation of one (1) fire hydrant assembly. 6. Connections of new waterlines to existing waterline North and South along East Lakeshore Drive as indicated in the plans. 7. Partially remove existing waterlines at connection points. 8. Disinfection, flushing, and hydrostatic pressure testing of new waterlines of connections. 9. Salvaging of one (1) existing auto-flushing device. 10. Pavement repair, overlay, and pavement marking replacement. 11. Restoration of the site including solid sodding, replacement of asphalt pedestrian path, replacement of concrete sidewalk, replacement of disturbed signage. 12. Provide construction permits as required. 13. Preparation of Traffic Control Plan by a Licensed FL PE.
