Narragansett Bay Commission Interior Improvements at Nbc Facilites. Attention of Bidders is particularly referred to the State requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and wage rates to be paid under the Contract as on file in the Rhode Island Department of Labor, Office of the Director. All terms, conditions, and provisions of Chapters 12 and 13 of Title 37, General Laws of Rhode Island, 1956 as amended, shall apply to all bidders, and the provisions of said Chapters 12 and 13 of Title 37, General Laws of Rhode Island, 1956, as amended, are incorporated herein by reference thereto. Each BID shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5 percent of the Total Bid Price. This bid security shall be in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Successful bidder must furnish 100 percent Performance Bond and 100 percent Payment Bond. The work is in three buildings on the NBC's Corporate campus at 1 Service Road/2 Ernest Street in providence, RI and generally consists of. Work on the 4 th Floor of the Corporate Office Building includes: renovation of a kitchenette, renovations to the conference room, modifications to one office, carpet tile replacement and office furniture replacement. Work in the Interceptor Maintenance Building includes: locker room renovations, break room renovations, flooring replacement and office furniture replacement. Work in the Pretretment Building includes: flooring replacement, door replacement and misc. drywall and ceiling repair/replacement.
