All accidental or intentional spills of hazardous materials shall be the contractor's responsibility. Notification to the proper authorities and cleanup shall conform to the Michigan Environmental Response Act ('Polluters Pay Act') as amended. Any and all costs incurred through such notification, cleanup, litigation, etc., shall be the responsibility of the contractor and incidental to the bid price.
