o Combined Curb & Gutter (type varies) 2,300 LF o 4" Concrete Sidewalk Remove & Replace 100 SF o 6" Concrete for approach transitions 450 SF o Valley Gutter 44 SY o ADA Ramp 75 SF o Tree Removal 1 EA o Aggregate Base - AB-3 (2") for under curbs 30 Ton o Aggregate Base - AB-3 (6") for approach transition 17 Ton o Asphalt Pavement Patching (2") 30 Ton o Steel Plate Driveway Access 1 EA o Seeding, Fertilizing and Mulch 0.10 AC o Traffic Control 1 LS All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. The original bid security shall be in the office of Contracts and Procurement before the 2:00 closing date. Bidders shall take note of requirements for notification of MBE's and WBE's as stated in paragraph 24 of the Instruction to Bidders. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documentsshall be submitted only through the City of Topeka's e-Procurement System at least 10 calendar days prior to the opening of Bids
