Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Warrington Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The construction drawings and project manual must be obtained from the website. Interested parties are required to register on the website for the ability to view and/or acquire the construction drawings and project manual for this project. Each BID must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the BID. As soon as the BID prices have been compared, the Owner will return the Bonds of all except the three lowest responsible bidders. When the Agreement is executed, the bonds of the two remaining unsuccessful bidders will be returned. Bidders must submit with their initial bid, a statement as to whether they have previously performed work subject to the President's Executive Order No. 11246 (30 F.R. 12319-25) "Equal Opportunity Clause". The Bidder acknowledges that this bid is for a public works contract and bidder is therefore subject to the provisions, duties, obligations and penalties of the Public Works Employment Verification Act, 43 P.S. 167.1 - 167.11, which is incorporated herein by reference. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding, or to limit the scope of work involved. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Should there be reasons why the contract cannot be awarded within the specified period, the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the Owner and the Bidder. All Contractors must be PennDOT prequalified. Pre-qualified subcontractors are permitted to bid as a prime contractor. All Contractors shall comply with all State and Federal laws prohibiting discrimination in hiring employment opportunities. Prevailing wage rates are required for this contract Township Green Light Go Traffic Signal Upgrade Project, which involves the replacement of traffic and pedestrian signals, mast arms, and curb and sidewalk upgrades with ADA compliant ramps at the intersection of Rossville Road (SR 0177), Old York Road (SR 4026) and Carlisle Road (SR 0074) Completion- by December 1, 2024.
