Renovation of a mixed-use development in Perryville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
1. Contractor shall Construct all construction safety barriers to keep bystanders out of work areas and at a safe distance for the duration of the project. 2. This is a Historic structure, and all repairs and replacements will have to meet Historic guidelines and pre-approved before repairs. 3. Contractor shall be responsible for adhering to the paint, stain manufactures guidelines, labeling this includes applying during appropriate temperatures and humidity levels. 4. Contractor shall be responsible for preparing all surfaces for painting, staining including making sure all wood and other surfaces that’s being painted, stained is pressure washed clean and dry and properly prepped. 5. Contractor shall re-nail any loose existing siding and cornice and replace bad or rotten wood or siding with equivalent thickness and to match existing. 6. Contractor shall be responsible for the application and paint-stain to best match existing color, tint as close as possible and the paint-stain shall be pre-approved before application. 7. Contractor shall furnish all tools, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to prep all wood, logs, and windows to complete project (Approx. 559’ sq. ft.) 8. Contractor shall be responsible for the application of any new daubing/ chinking around logs if needed. 9. All work shall be done with in 60days from time of bid being awarded. 10. Contractor shall be responsible for providing any necessary covering and protection of any areas that are to be painted, stained over or around to prevent any drips or over spray or any other flying debris or by-product from work being performed. 11. Contractor shall be responsible for the protection of the building from the elements during construction and precautions shall be taken to prevent damage to the landscaping. 12. Contractor shall be responsible for all post-project clean-up. 13. Contractor shall be responsible for the daily clean-up and the removal of all demolition/ construction debris including nails and metals offsite. 14. Contractor shall work during normal business hours. 15. All work must be scheduled with park officials. 16. Contractor to provide all necessary Taxes and Freight. 17. Must provide one (1) year warranty that applies to all work performed. 18. Contractor shall furnish Workmen’s Comp., General Liability Insurances. 19. Contractor shall be responsible for all materials deliveries and protection of during construction. 20. Photographs may be requested by Greg Hart during installation. 21.
