**As of July 23, 2024, project was awarded to Jakes Excavating, awarded amount is $1,028,446.98.** This Project funded with EGLE State Revolving Fund (SRF) ARPA funding. Bidders are required to complete the Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension and other Responsibility Matters statement included in Project Manual. Approximately 5,350 LF of 6" to 12" water main, 150 LF of 12" HDPE directional drilling, 13 - 12" gate valves and boxes, 10 - 8" gate valves and boxes, 14 hydrant assemblies, along with related appurtenances and restoration work. Work also includes abandonment of existing reservoir. PROJECT ESTIMATE: $1,800,000 For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instruction to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Refer to Advertisement for contact information. 7.02 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
