It is the intent of Milwaukee County Transit System, Inc. (MCTS) to secure a contract with one single supplier to provide all inspections, testing, and maintenance repair service for all fire alarms and fire sprinklers at four (4) MCTS locations. MCTS is managed and operated by Milwaukee Transport Services, Inc., and shall be referred to as MTS hereinafter. SCOPE OF WORK & REQUIREMENTS The awarded vendor shall provide all parts, labor, materials, and testing equipment that is required to perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance as well as provide a guaranteed two (2) hour response time on all service calls. All services required shall be performed in accordance with the most current applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, ordinances, regulations, requirements, and permits. All items, features, or services not specifically mentioned which are necessary or normally provided, shall be furnished by the successful bidder at the bid price and shall conform in quality of materials and workmanship to that usually provided by the standard practices indicated in this specification
