Site work for a water / sewer project in Truro, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Pre-qualification required for work associated with the supply of materials and construction of the rehabilitation work on concrete joints within the spillway and the chute of the Town of Truro's reservoir. The spillway consists of a concrete ogee crest and concrete chute, nearly 200m in length, ranging in elevation from 95.0m to 71.0m (CVGD2013). The repair will include saw cutting concrete approximately 0.6 m upstream and downstream of the horizontal joints and chipping out the material to an approximate depth of 100mm (19mm below the reinforcement). Please note MECO Engineers will be handling the tender process as well as the Pre-qualification notices.
