Renovation of a municipal facility in Ithaca, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Gratiot County Drain Commissioner is soliciting sealed proposals for Drain Commission Building Upgrade. Major items of work include painting building, replacing skylights, adding ice guards, and trimming windows. All work shall be completed by September 14, 2024. Question Deadline 05/31/2024 Contractors shall direct all questions to the Assessment Secretary, Blair Woodgate, of the Gratiot County Drain Commissioner's Office, (989) 875-5207. Further questions or specifications will be issued by an addendum on June 1, 2024. In submitting this Bid, it is understood that the right is reserved by the OWNER to accept any Bid, or reject any or all Bids, or to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any Bid and to make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the OWNER.
