Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Surety Company's Bid Bond on the Form Provided in the Bid Documents, Naming as Payee or Obligee, Muhlenberg Township, Berks County in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid Submitted. Muhlenberg Township, Berks County, Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities in, or to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Delete Any Item or Portion of an Item Without Affecting the Bids on the Remaining Items or Portion of Items. The Above Invitation to Bidders is Made for the Benefit of Muhlenberg Township, Berks County, and No Rights Shall Be Deemed to Accrue to Any Person Making a Bid by Reason of the Submission of Any Bid Hereunder or by Waiver or Non-enforcement of Any Provision of Requirement of This Invitation.
