The work, for which bids are asked, generally includes the following: CONTRACT "A" - GENERAL SITE CONSTRUCTION 1. Site improvements for the construction of a 122-stall parking lot to the north of the Worzella Family Shelter, 12-stall parking lot addition to the south of the bandshell, trailway connections and trailway lighting with work including, but not limited to; erosion control, demolition, earthwork, landscape restoration, storm utilities, dense graded base, concrete flatwork, concrete curbing, fencing, gates, asphalt paving, irrigation, landscaping and site electrical. 2. Alternate Bids as represented in the Contract Documents. 3. All necessary work to complete the proposed contract as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. CONTRACT "A, ALTERNATE A1" - PICKLEBALL COURTS (6) - WEST & PARKING AREA 1. Site improvement work for the construction of the six (6) west pickleball courts and 11-stall parking area addition to the south of the existing drive with work including, but not limited to; erosion control, demolition, earthwork, landscape restoration, storm utilities, dense graded base, concrete flatwork, concrete curbing, fencing, gates, asphalt paving, court surfacing, athletic equipment and lighting/power infrastructure. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed alternate as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. CONTRACT "A, ALTERNATE A2" - PICKLEBALL COURTS (6) - EAST 1. Site improvement work for the construction of the six (6) east pickleball courts with work including, but not limited to; erosion control, demolition, earthwork, landscape restoration, storm utilities, dense graded base, concrete flatwork, fencing, gates, asphalt paving, court surfacing, athletic equipment and lighting/power infrastructure. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed alternate as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. CONTRACT "A, ALTERNATE A3" - PICKLEBALL COURT LIGHTING (6) - WEST 1. Lighting of the west six (6) courts with work including, but not limited to; wire, panels, controls, light poles and fixtures. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed alternate as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. CONTRACT "A, ALTERNATE A4" -PICKLEBALL COURT (6) LIGHTING - EAST 1. Lighting of the east six (6) courts and flag pole light wiring with work including, but not limited to; wire, controls, light poles and fixtures. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed alternate as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. CONTRACT "A, ALTERNATE A5" - AMENITIES, IRRIGATION & LANDSCAPING 1. Irrigation, landscaping, bleachers, flag pole w/ concrete pad, trailway light pole outlets and pickleball fencing height reduction. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed alternate as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. CONTRACT "A, ALTERNATE A6" - PLAZA CONSTRUCTION 1. Site improvements for the construction of a concrete plaza to the west of the pickleball courts with work including, but not limited to; erosion control, earthwork, landscape restoration, dense graded base, concrete flatwork, water utility service and drinking fountain installation. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed alternate as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid.
