Site work for a mixed-use development in Bragg Creek, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Construction of the new Highwood Meadows Day Use Area (DUA) within Kananaskis Country as specified on Drawings including, including but not limited to: 1. New asphalt parking lot construction; 2. New highway access/intersection; 3. Drainage Improvements; 4. Culvert installations; 5. New trail construction; 6. Vault washroom installation; 7. New highway at-grade pedestrian crosswalk painting; 8. Various new site furnishings; 9. Signage installations; and, 10.
