Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The project consists of a renovation of the Christy Recreation Center. This is Phase 1 of a two phased renovation project. The renovation will make significant modifications to the site surrounding the building, upgrade the building entrance area, and replace existing windows. The work consists of, but is not limited to: selective demolition; concrete work; landscape planting, grading, and paving; playground equipment; interior partition modifications; interior and exterior painting; doors, frames, and hardware; storefront, windows and glazing; resilient flooring; lighting and electrical work; HVAC work; and plumbing work. I will substantially complete the Work, ready for final payment, in accordance with the Contract Documents within 150 consecutive calendar days counting from the date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline 06/05/2024 at 3:00 PM ET PRA will accept questions and requests for additional information directed in writing to RFP@phdc.phila.gov. Responses and any additional information will be posted on this page of the PHDC website.
