The Monroe County Department of Environmental Services is seeking a Bidder to remove old & supply ONE (1) flowmeter for use at the Frank E. VanLare (FEV) WRRF. The work to be done in accordance with these specifications and supplied information consists of furnishing equipment, technical support and start up assistance as outlined in this agreement. The flowmeter system herein described shall be FLEXIM Model F721 as manufactured by FLEXIM or County approved equal. Location of demonstration is at the discretion of the bidder and needs to be within a 100 mile radius from the Frank E. VanLare (FEV) WRRF Monroe County personnel will need to be present during demonstration. Consideration will be given only to Bidder's who can demonstrate that their equipment can comply. Bidders will not be allowed to perform a demonstration a second time. Should the apparent low bidder fail to meet the requirements as determined by the County's listed scenarios above, the bid shall be rejected and the next low bidder shall be considered.
