FOSC - Rehab Dragoon Barracks This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for construction work at Fort Scott National Historic Site in Fort Scott, KS. Project Description: Project work consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, and other equipment necessary for repairing and replacing interior elements, (including gypsum board/plaster, insulation replacement, refinishing hardwood flooring, and refinishing baseboards) of Dragoon Barracks Historic Structure 5 at Fort Scott National Historic Site.
