Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fennimore, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Fennimore, Wisconsin will receive separate sealed unit price bids for the following items as they relate to street and utility improvements in the City of Fennimore. Furnishing and installation of approximately 18,000- 20,000 square yards of single layer chip seal coating and miscellaneous work on various streets in the City of Fennimore. The City of Fennimore reserves the right to waive formalities in bidding and to reject any and all bids. No bid shall be withdrawn without the consent of the Owner for a period of forty five days after the scheduled time of the bid opening. INSURANCE: Contractor shall carry Public Liability Insurance and Workmen's Compensation Insurance that is satisfactory to the Owner.
