Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.

The work will consist of the Contractor constructing a pull-off area for two (2) vehicles to unload canoes/kayaks and make improvements to an existing parking lot in Legion-Keener Park, in the City of Latrobe. Each Proposal shall be accompanied with a certified check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of the Latrobe-GLSD Parks & Recreation. Notice is also hereby given that Contractors must be prequalified by PennDOT pursuant to 67 PA Code Chapter 457. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Requirements will apply to this project. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the same has been filed with Latrobe-GLSD Parks & Recreation. Latrobe-GLSD Parks & Recreation reserves the right to reject any of all bids or to waive any informality in bids received.
