Renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 34,500-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
Upgrades and improvement to the Montreal Polytechnic university. The scope of work includes the redevelopment of offices and classrooms on the floors 4-5-6 in the main building. TIMELINE: The owner is implementing the project by construction packages. First construction package relating to the work on the 5th and 6th floor has been already tendered, awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Construction Work - Conversion of Offices Into Classrooms on the 5th and 6th Floors of the Main Building. Construction is underway. Subsequent package tenders are anticipated in summer-fall 2026.
